Both — we're a full-service event planning and design studio. We can plan and coordinate your entire event, develop the design, and produce the décor, including balloons and backdrops. Many clients hire us for everything; others bring us in for one piece.
Planning means we're with you from concept: budget, venue, vendors, design and logistics. Coordination is for clients who planned their own event and need someone to run the timeline, manage vendors and handle the day itself.
Two to four months is ideal for full planning, and four to six weeks for design or décor only. Larger events and peak weekends fill earlier. If your date is sooner, still reach out — we keep a limited number of short-notice slots each month.
Yes. We research options against your guest count, budget and vision, coordinate walkthroughs and review contracts and venue rules with you.
We do. Vendor sourcing, communication, contracts, timing and day-of arrivals are all part of planning and coordination — including catering, entertainment, photography, rentals and staffing.
The $75 consultation fee is non-refundable and is credited toward your event when you book with us. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the fee, and a new $75 payment is required to book another consultation.
Yes. A non-refundable retainer reserves your date and covers planning and design time, with the balance due before the event. The exact amount is listed on your proposal.
That's a normal starting point. Share what you're celebrating and roughly how many guests, and we'll help shape a realistic budget and a design direction from there.

Yes. Delivery, setup, styling, event-day management and breakdown can all be included. Some venues require same-night removal, so we build your venue's rules into the plan.
Our current focus is birthdays, showers, milestone celebrations, dinner parties and private and social events. Larger-scale celebrations, corporate events and weddings are considered by request — reach out with your date and we'll tell you honestly if we're the right fit.
Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding areas. Travel beyond the metro area is available with a travel fee.
