Book an event decor consultation.
Every IÉ event begins here. We'll talk through what you're celebrating, your guest count, venue and the decor and services you need — balloon installations, backdrops, styling, setup or full planning — then send a proposal with your event total, retainer and due dates. Consultations cover events in Atlanta and the surrounding areas, and final pricing is always quoted afterward. Prefer to start in writing? Send an event inquiry.
Event Consultation

One-time payment
Your consultation fee is credited toward your event when you book with us.
- A one-hour planning call or in-person meeting
- Scope, guest count, venue and timeline review
- Service recommendations for your celebration
- A written proposal with your event total and retainer
After payment you'll choose your consultation time on the calendar.
The $75 consultation fee is non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the fee and require a new $75 payment to book another consultation.
